To find a specific item, enter the item name or item number in the Search field at the bottom right hand of every page.
Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note: email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information.
Can you tell me the availability of a specific item?
At LadybugLounge.com, we work hard to keep our website up to date. Generally, if an item is out of stock, we will temporarily remove it from the site. Beyond this, we are not able to respond to specific requests for availability unless you are looking to make a large quantity order (20 or more of any one item). To confirm availability for large orders, please send an email to customerservice@ladybuglounge.com.
Do you charge taxes?
As a California based business, LadybugLounge.com charges 8.25% tax on all orders shipped to California. We do not charge sales tax outside of California.

What are the benefits of creating an Account?
Creating an account will allow you to save items in your shopping cart, view the status of your orders, save up to 5 shipping addresses, and sign up to receive LadybugLounge.com emails or newsletters. Creating an account is free.
What if I forgot my login or password?
Your login is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, please access the login screen and click on the link titled "Password forgotten? Click here." Your password will be sent to the email address on the account.
